Product Planning & Development
Blue Gem will develop and present a complete product development plan including product design, technology and materials recommendations. Blue Gem will oversee all aspects of production, including initial tooling, prototypes, finished samples, final production and delivery. All product will be 100% inspected both at the point of manufacture and in out testing facilities in Santa Barbara, California.

Exclusivity
All products designed by Blue Gem for our accounts will remain property of Blue Gem. When an account places a purchase order, that specific product becomes an exclusive product of the account until such time as it ceases to order the product.

Warranty
All product is warranted by Blue Gem for a period of one year from date of delivery to (1) be free of all material defects, (2) be in strict conformity with the specifications of the prototypes accepted by the account and (3) satisfy all applicable U.S. laws, regulations and requirements. All products found to be defective (following inspection by Blue Gem representatives) will be replaced within 30 days or credit will be issued.

Minimums Quantities per Order
Moderate - 1200 per style, 300 per color for custom or existing styling.
Handmade - 600 per style, 300 per color

Payment Terms
All prices are net and are contingent upon final approval of samples. No additional discounts apply. All tooling and molding fees must by paid in advance, 50% due at placement of purchase order and balance due prior to shipping.

Lead Times
90 to 120 days from receipt of firm purchase order.

Price Guarantee
Price quotes are good for one year.
